Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is included in my charter?
Your charter includes exclusive use of the yacht, professional crew, fuel, insurance & tax for the planned itinerary, safety equipment, and personalised hospitality throughout your trip, such as;

  • Paddleboarding and snorkelling equipment
  • Soft drinks, wines, sparkling wine, beers, Fresh fruit, tapas, crisps and crackers.
  • Additional extras—such as sushi or champagne, or special requests—can be arranged in advance- chargeable

2. Can I customise my itinerary?
Yes, whether it’s decorating the boat for a special birthday, a surprise proposal, to arranging restaurant tables or special food, we’re happy to tailor the journey to your plans.  Just ask us !

3. What should I bring on board?
We recommend bringing sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), swimwear, and any personal items you may need. Towels are provided.

4. Is the yacht suitable for children?
Yes. Families are very welcome. For safety, children must be supervised at all times, especially while on deck.

5. What about seasickness?
If you’re prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking suitable medication a couple of hours beforehand.   When aboard, it’s best to sit as close to the middle of the boat as possible, facing backwards.  Resting your head on the cushion is also a good idea, sipping on water and focusing on the horizon rather than looking down at mobile devices.  Generally speaking most clients that take these precautions are fine after a short period of time on the water.  Our crew can also suggest the smoothest routes and conditions on the day.

6. What if the weather is bad?
Your safety and comfort come first. If weather conditions are not suitable for a safe and enjoyable cruise, we will work with you to adjust timing, modify the route, or reschedule where possible.  In the event we can’t meet your needs we will of course offer you a full refund.

7. How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date—especially during busy seasons—it’s best to book as early as possible, especially if you have a preferred date and time.  Last-minute bookings may be available depending on schedule.

8. Is there music on board?
Yes. The yacht is equipped with an onboard sound system, and you can connect your own device to play your favourite music.

9. Can I swim during the charter?
Definitely. We can anchor in beautiful swimming spots. Please follow the crew’s guidance for safe entry and exit from the water.

10. Is smoking allowed on the yacht?
For safety and maintenance reasons, smoking is not permitted.

11. How do payments and cancellations work?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to your charter date. Cancellation terms depend on the notice period—full details are provided at booking.

12.  Can I bring my pet along ?
Sorry, pets are not allowed on board

13.  Where do we have lunch?
On full day cruises we always recommend clients get off the boat and go to a restaurant, for half day cruises this is not required as the snacks provided are usually sufficient.  There are only a select few restaurants that can accommodate charter boat diners, and in some cases it also depends on the sea conditions.  The good news is we have many years experience finding the best places to eat to match the sea conditions, and we always plan in advance and have a back up booking.  When you have selected your chosen charter, you will see a list of restaurants available for your particular selection, simply let us know what you prefer and we will do the rest.  Please note;  you will be responsible for the bill at the restaurant, and our crew will not join you for food.  Our priority is the safety of our vessel and privacy of our clients.

14.  Can I bring food and drink with me ?
If you want to bring some of your preferred snacks that will be fine, but we can’t accept food that would stain or cause damage to the boat.  We do not allow red wine on board for the same reason.  If you have a preference on drinks please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
