James and Yolo 1 go back further than most — the boat has been in his family, and that lifelong connection shows in everything he does on the water. With 8 years at the helm, he knows every inch of this yacht and every current along the Algarve coastline.
Cool under pressure, effortlessly charming, and always in control — our very own Mr Bond. Whether navigating a tricky passage or simply soaking up the sun with guests on deck, James makes sailing feel like the most natural thing in the world.
Born and raised in Portugal, Jessica brings an authenticity to life on the water that only a true local can. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, she has a gift for making every guest feel right at home from the moment they step aboard.
